Drafting bills of costs
11% of the attorney's fees, excluding VAT and disbursements.
Drafting oppositions
12% of the amount saved. No saving = no fee.
Attending taxations
11% of the first R10,000 or portion thereof; 6% of the next R10,000 or portion thereof; and 3% of the balance of the total amount of the bill of costs.
Opinions
R3,000 per hour.
Acting as Legal Costs Arbitrator
